Light My Fire is a Swedish brand, which was started in 1995 by Michael Odqvist with the intention of creating simple yet useful products for use in nature in connection with campfires and outdoor cooking. The first product in the range was Maya Sticks, which were remnants of pine trees in Guatemala, which were cut by locals into smaller pieces of wood, which had the purpose of being able to help light a fire. This fair-trade product also supported young locals' schooling but was not a success from the start and the company only really gained momentum when other products were introduced. Today, they are a recognized brand, known for their stylish products, which are specially made for natural people who love to eat in nature and lack gear that makes it simpler. Some of their products are even used by the Swedish military to start fires, among other things. This is due to the quality of the equipment and its great reliability.

Their probably most well-known product, Spork, is a combination of spoon, knife and fork made of plastic or titanium at a very low price.
